المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • التوظيف: إدارة دورة التوظيف بالكامل بدءًا من نشر الإعلانات، وفرز السير الذاتية، وتنسيق المقابلات، واختيار المرشحين الأنسب.
  • الرواتب والمزايا: معالجة الرواتب، إدارة الحوافز، وضمان تنفيذ سياسات المزايا بشكل فعّال.
  • إعداد التقارير: إصدار تقارير دورية دقيقة تتعلق بالحضور، الغياب، الإجازات، والمخالفات الإدارية.
  • دعم الموظفين: الرد على استفسارات الموظفين وتقديم الدعم الإداري واللوجستي المتعلق بالموارد البشرية.
  • إدارة السجلات: تنظيم وحفظ ملفات وسجلات الموظفين وفقاً للمعايير المعتمدة.
  • التدريب والتطوير: المشاركة في تخطيط وتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية وتقييم أثرها.
  • الامتثال: ضمان الالتزام بكافة الأنظمة واللوائح المحلية ذات الصلة بالعمل والموارد البشرية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية.
  • إلمام بأنظمة إدارة الموارد البشرية (HRMS) وبرامج Microsoft Office.
  • مهارات تواصل عالية وقدرة على بناء علاقات مهنية على كافة المستويات.
  • فهم جيد لقوانين العمل واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة.
  • إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة).
  • شخصية قيادية ومبنية على المبادرة والثقة.

  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
