We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will supervise and manage all operational and technical staff, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage all operational and technical staff.
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and task allocation.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to achieve operational objectives.
  • Prepare operational reports and manage operational risks.
  • Resolve operational and technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve operational KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain continuous operational readiness and ensure services are running effectively 24/7.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Operations or Site Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP Systems, and Primavera.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and KPI management.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in Security Systems and ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.).
  • Ability to manage operations in a 24/7 environment.
