We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Premium Food Company Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website, etc.).
- Source and attract qualified candidates through online channels, networking, and databases.
- Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring managers when needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare job offers and assist with contract preparation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or recruitment specialist (in-house or agency).
- Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions at once.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
