Role Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and event orders.
Promote our brand image internally and externally.
Gather and assemble information packages including brochures and promotional materials.
Use effective sales techniques to enhance revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott.
Handle inquiries about property facilities and services by answering guest questions related to operations, rates, and packages.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to their queries via phone and email.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience is required.
No specific license or certification is needed.

- Ensure all approvals are documented and archived.
- Send the report weekly at a fixed time.

Requirements:

Experience in sales coordination, preferably in medical devices domain.
Proficient with Tenders Etimad and NUPCO.
Advanced hands-on experience with CRM systems.
Experience in coordinating with warehouse and clearing agents to track shipments in medical sales.
Able to connect the sales team's urgent needs with fiscal and logistics constraints of management.
Residing in Jeddah.
