At Brosco Group Company, we are a leading solution provider in International Trade and Development, focusing on automation and digitalization technologies tailored to meet the industrial needs of our clients. We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Application Engineer to join our team in Jeddah.

Role Overview:
This full-time position involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the automation and industrial sectors. As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will promote and sell a range of products including pneumatic products, limit switches, PLC/SCADA systems, and control valves. Your role is critical in understanding client requirements and delivering suitable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell pneumatic products, limit switches, PLC/SCADA systems, and control valves.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams for project execution and after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors’ activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM/ERP and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales of industrial automation/instrumentation products.
  • Strong understanding of pneumatics, control valves, PLC/SCADA, and limit switches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client visits.

Your Role
As a Sales Engineer, your challenge is to identify customer goals and requirements in the earliest possible sales phase and to translate this into a winning technical solution with the right balance between technology and a competitive price.

Your Department
The department you will be working in focuses on the development of the Airports and Parcel segment in the EMEA LATAM region (Northern Europe and Middle East). You will support other Vanderlande customer centers globally on the disciplines of Sales Layout Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Sales Consultancy. We are looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen our team for successful growth and future readiness.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Co-define the winning sales strategy with the Sales Manager and translate this strategy into a winning solution.
  • Solve commercial/tactical issues and challenges directly with the Sales Manager.
  • Translate customer needs into an overall solution, understanding tender procedures and different stakeholders.
  • Responsible for organizing all sales engineering deliverables throughout the sales process, coordinating with various technical experts.
