Join Matar Holding Company as a Sales Engineer - HVAC! We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to enhance our HVAC division. This role is pivotal in developing strong client relationships and delivering tailored HVAC solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell HVAC systems and solutions to clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Review technical specifications and requirements to recommend suitable HVAC products.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain existing client relationships and develop new leads through research and networking.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report on sales performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in HVAC or technical sales.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (including chillers, VRF, AHUs, FCUs, ducting).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally or regionally.
