Overview:
The Sales Showroom Coordinator at Petromin Corporation plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at our showroom. You will be responsible for coordinating showroom operations, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming, with the ultimate goal of driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Showroom Display & Merchandising: Execute effective showroom layouts showcasing vehicles, utilizing visual merchandising principles, managing vehicle rotation, incorporating digital displays, and ensuring compliance with Nissan's brand image.
  • Inventory Management: Track showroom vehicles, operate inventory management software, and align inventory with sales strategies and customer demand.
  • Technical Product Expertise: Stay informed on Nissan models and features, perform technical demonstrations, and train showroom staff on vehicle specifications.
  • Compliance & Safety Standards: Adhere to safety protocols, legal and corporate standards regarding showroom operations, and regularly audit showroom practices.

Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Retail Sales Associate (CRSA) or Automotive Sales Certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

  • Applicants with experience limited to parcel, small shipment, or courier services will not be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, client management, and proposal preparation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate across cities when required.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
