Job Description:Supervising the implementation of administrative decisions issued by the direct supervisor and organizing daily mail and appointments. You will accomplish administrative tasks related to workflow management and coordinate meetings.
Responsibilities:- Implementing administrative instructions and following up on the execution of decisions.
- Opening and sorting physical and electronic mail and responding to it.
- Completing typing tasks and responding to telephone inquiries.
- Organizing meetings for the direct supervisor and documenting their minutes.
Qualifications:The applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the following majors:
- Business Administration
- Management Information Systems
- Executive Secretariat
Required Skills:- Advanced management and organization
- Visit scheduling
- Advanced writing
- Time management
- Arabic language
