🔬 Job Announcement: Receptionist - Medical Laboratories 🔬

We announce the availability of a vacancy for the position of receptionist to work in a medical laboratory, which is characterized by providing modern and high-quality health services. We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with patients and visitors efficiently and professionally.


📌 Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors and accurately registering their data in the laboratory system.
  • Ensuring the completion of necessary forms before transferring to the relevant departments.
  • Communicating with patients and health entities to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
  • Answering phone calls and providing information related to laboratory services.
  • Coordinating between internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assisting in organizing files, medical records, and reports while maintaining their confidentiality.
  • Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the reception area according to health and safety standards.


🎓 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in medical laboratories is preferred.
  • Experience of at least two years in reception, preferably within health laboratories.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and laboratory systems and software.
  • High organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Politeness and accuracy in dealing with patients and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
