About the Role
We believe every plate tells a story, and we’re searching for an Executive Chef with a palate for serving up truly memorable dishes. In this position, you will ensure quality, maintain high standards, and keep the kitchen running smoothly, delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Make every meal a feast for the eyes and a treat for the tastebuds.
- Direct daily kitchen activities and coach a capable team ready to cater to over 500 people.
- Encourage and address guest feedback to enhance service.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to plan events.
- Work closely with the finance team for forecasting, planning, and budgeting.

What We Need from You:
- A degree or certificate in culinary arts.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a chef.
- Proficiency in local language(s).
- At least one year in a supervisory capacity or equivalent experience in culinary or kitchen operations.
