نبحث عن شيف يتمتع بخبرة في إعداد الأطباق العالمية والعربية، لتقديم تجربة طعام راقية لضيوفنا. ستكون مسؤوليتك الإشراف الكامل على المطبخ وضمان جودة الطعام وتطوير قوائم الطعام بما يتناسب مع معايير الضيافة الفندقية الراقية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • إعداد وتجهيز الأطباق بمستوى جودة عالٍ وبطريقة مميزة.
  • تصميم وتحديث قوائم الطعام بما يتناسب مع الموسم وذوق النزلاء.
  • إدارة فريق الطهاة والمساعدين داخل المطبخ.
  • مراقبة النظافة، الصحة، ومعايير السلامة الغذائية.
  • التحكم في كميات المواد الخام وتقليل الهدر.
  • التعاون مع إدارة الفندق لتحسين تجربة الضيوف.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في نفس المجال داخل فنادق أو مطاعم راقية.
  • شهادة في فنون الطهي أو تخصص ذو صلة (يفضل).
  • مهارة عالية في تنظيم الوقت والعمل تحت الضغط.
  • إبداع في تقديم الأطباق وتزيينها بشكل احترافي.
  • قدرة على القيادة والتواصل الفعال مع الفريق.
  • الالتزام بالنظافة والمظهر المهني.
  • يفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
