Join Our Dynamic Culinary Team as an Executive Chef!

At Ghithaa, we are on a mission to help individuals maintain a healthy lifestyle while enjoying flavorful meals. We are seeking an experienced and health-conscious Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your culinary skills and passion for nutritious cooking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Plan and design healthy menus aligned with company standards.
  • Develop new recipes that are nutritious, appealing, and cost-effective.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety in all kitchen activities.
  • Provide suitable ingredient substitutions in case of shortages.
  • Supervise chefs and kitchen staff, assigning duties effectively.
  • Manage food costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
  • Train kitchen staff on cooking techniques, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to secure ingredient availability.
  • Prepare regular reports on kitchen performance and menu updates.

Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional kitchens, including 2 years as an Executive or Head Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of healthy cuisine and balanced nutrition.
  • Ability to create ingredient alternatives without compromising taste or quality.
  • Familiarity with food safety systems such as HACCP or ISO 22000.
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work effectively with teams.
