Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes from job description writing to conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Develop HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Provide administrative support for various HR projects.
- Analyze employee data to identify trends and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Organize events and activities to foster team spirit.
- Conduct periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and provide recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with employees.
- Passion for employee development and improving the work environment.
- Familiarity with the latest HR technologies.
- Ability to work in a team and guide others.
- Creativity in problem-solving and proposing new ideas.
- Complete knowledge of all Saudi platforms related to human resources.
