We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to enhance workforce management in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The HR Specialist plays a vital role in any organization by managing and developing the workforce. This position requires multiple skills, including effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes from job description writing to conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts within the team.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR projects.
  • Analyze employee data to identify trends and enhance recruitment strategies.

  • Complete knowledge of all Saudi platforms related to human resources.
