Modern Food Company (MFC Co.) is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee and manage multi-branch restaurant operations in Makkah.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain food quality, service standards, and cleanliness•
Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and operational efficiency•
Control food cost, waste, and inventory management•
Ensure SOP and operational standards are implemented across all branches•
Handle operational challenges and provide effective solutions•
Coordinate directly with supervisors and management team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant or café operations management•
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills• Experience managing multiple branches is preferred•
Ability to work under pressure and during seasonal peak periods•
Excellent communication and team management skills
