We are excited to announce an opening for a Service Sales Executive in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead the development of crucial relationships between KONE and our customers, focusing on strategic partnerships that provide significant value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and nurture customer relationships within your designated area.
- Drive the KONE position in the market and communicate leads and sales opportunities to the entire sales team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints effectively.
- Manage and report sales opportunities and maintain all relevant customer information.
- Generate sales opportunities and manage pricing to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with finance for effective money collection.
Are You the One?
We're looking for candidates with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably using a solution-selling approach.
- A strong orientation towards customer service and proven sales skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
