Join KONE as a Sales Engineer!
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for New Equipment Business to be based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to manage customer relationships and close deals effectively to meet both customer needs and our sales targets.

What will you do?
  • Proactively develop and create customer relationships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Document and maintain customer and contact information.
  • Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts.
  • Identify customer needs and align them with KONE’s solutions.
  • Responsible for pricing using approved tendering tools.
  • Maintain CRM and ensure up-to-date information on all opportunities.

Are you the one?
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales; 2 years in the Saudi market.
  • Experience in the elevators and escalators industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven track record in customer-focused sales.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
