Role Overview

The Physiotherapy Specialist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. This role involves direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and patient education, as well as administrative tasks related to documentation and equipment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and analyze the patient's medical condition to determine appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans and programs in coordination with specialist physicians.
• Monitor the implementation of treatment plans and assess patient progress and response to therapy.
• Record all treatment data accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Train patients and their families on prescribed exercises and movements for home continuation.
• Adjust and organize equipment used in physiotherapy treatments.
• Prepare and maintain physiotherapy-related documents and reports, ensuring they are stored according to established procedures.
• Perform massage techniques to enhance the performance of affected body muscles.
• Instruct patients on the correct use of therapeutic equipment, including weights, pulleys, exercise machines, and parallel bars.
• Guide patients through floor exercises designed to strengthen limb, back, and neck muscles.
• Ensure the application of general safety principles and rules during all physiotherapy activities.
• Stay updated with developments in the field of physiotherapy and contribute to the improvement of work methods and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A foundational understanding of patient medical conditions and the ability to analyze them.
• The capacity to develop and implement physiotherapy treatment plans and programs.
• Proficiency in monitoring treatment implementation and recording relevant data.
• Skills in training patients and their families on exercises and movements.
• Ability to manage and organize physiotherapy equipment.
• Competence in preparing and maintaining physiotherapy-related documents and reports.
• Experience level: 0-1 years.
