Key Responsibilities:- Direct Supervision: Distributing tasks, monitoring performance, training new workers.
- Operations and Execution: Adjusting work schedules, providing supplies, field leadership during work.
- Monitoring and Quality: Conducting inspection rounds, quality checks, adhering to health procedures.
- Reports and Communication: Submitting daily reports, communicating with the project manager, receiving feedback.
- Resource Management: Maintaining equipment and ensuring its maintenance.
Requirements:- At least one year of experience in supervising cleaning teams.
- High school diploma.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
