Job Announcement: Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
Riwaiah Waraqah Trading Institution is engaged in e-commerce activities, and we are looking for an administrative assistant to support daily operations and supervise workflow.
Nature of Work
The work is flexible and hybrid between on-site and remote work as needed, with a requirement for daily presence at the beginning to learn and understand the nature of the work.
Preference will be given to applicants from the southern Riyadh, especially residents of Al-Awali neighborhood or nearby areas.
Job Responsibilities
Supervising orders and ensuring they are prepared and dispatched correctly.
Monitoring the warehouse employee and ensuring daily operations are running smoothly.
Printing shipping invoices and ensuring orders are prepared.
Tracking shipments and ensuring they reach customers.
Handling simple inquiries or complaints from customers.
Coordinating some administrative and organizational tasks within the institution.
Assisting in some tasks related to sales and operations.

Salary
Trial Period: From 15 days to two months.
Salary during the trial period: 1000 SAR monthly.
After passing the trial period: 1500 SAR monthly + bonus based on performance and sales.
Working Hours
Work is mostly in the evening.
Number of hours is flexible based on daily tasks.
6 working days a week.
Requirements
Full commitment to work.
Basic background in e-commerce is preferred.
The ability to take responsibility and organize tasks.
Good communication skills and dealing with customers.
Seriousness and discipline.
Requirements
