Administrative Assistant tasks. Management of the Etimad platform
•     Follow-up on government tenders and purchases: data entry, follow-up on bidding, ensuring compliance with requirements.
•     Registration and qualification of suppliers and contractors: ensuring the accuracy of company data and updating it periodically.
•     Supervision of electronic contracts: reviewing contracts concluded via the platform and ensuring their compliance with regulations.
•    Follow-up on all platforms, workforce, appointment schedules, and periodic sales reports.
2. General Administrative Tasks
•     Organizing appointments and meetings: scheduling meetings with government entities or suppliers.
•     Preparing periodic reports: reports on workflow, contracts, and purchases.
•     Internal and external communication: coordinating between different departments and government entities to ensure smooth workflow.
•     Managing files and correspondence: keeping official documents, following up on emails, and preparing correspondence
