Key Responsibilities:
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales team by setting measurable objectives and monitoring progress.
  • Promote the company’s products/services, addressing clients’ objectives.
  • Develop and present sales development plans, including negotiation and closure of transactions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of business development experience, particularly in the engineering sector.
  • Experience in KSA/MENA market is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of project bidding to RFPs and basic financial modelling skills.
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English.
  • Must have minimum 5 years of Middle East experience.
