Customer service representative required to work in a call center for a leading company, where the job requires direct communication with customers and providing effective solutions to their inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and fluent Arabic, with the ability to work under pressure and proficiency in using a computer.
Main tasks:
• Receiving phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Documenting and recording all calls and complaints in the system
• Following up on customer requests until they are resolved completely
• Providing accurate information about the company's products and services
• Achieving the required performance indicators in terms of the number of calls and service quality
• Participating in developing customer service procedures and improving their experience
