Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executives' calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Assist executives in preparing for meetings, including taking minutes.
  • Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
  • Draft and format reports, presentations, and other documents.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
