Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Full supervision of human resources management and the establishment of strategies and policies
  • Developing and applying labor regulations and systems in accordance with Saudi labor law
  • Managing employee affairs (recruitment, contracts, salaries, vacations, termination)
  • Leading recruitment operations and attracting talents
  • Dealing with labor issues and disputes professionally and legally
  • Preparing and developing a performance evaluation system and performance measurement indicators (KPIs)
  • Building the organizational structure and job descriptions
