  • التعامل مع جميع المنصات الحكومية لتنفيذ خدمات الموظفين.
  • استخدام منصة قوى لإدارة العقود والتوثيق.
  • إدارة الاشتراكات والتحديثات عبر موقع المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية.
  • متابعة خدمات مكتب العمل عبر بوابة وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية.
  • رفع وتحديث بيانات الموظفين في منصة مدد 
  • متابعة تجديد الإقامات ونقل الكفالات والتأشيرات والتأمين الطبي

Job Requirements:
  • Over two years of experience in Human Resources management and administrative affairs.
  • Preferred previous experience in the land transportation or logistics sector.
  • Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Saudi labor laws and government portals.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Advanced skills in computer use, especially in Office programs (Excel and Word).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Conflict management skills and the ability to deal fairly and professionally in resolving labor disputes and issues.
