The Senior HR Specialist will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and optimizing HR processes to support organizational growth. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about people and effective HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle GOSI processes and employee registrations.
- Interact with government platforms for HR-related services.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics for decision-making.
- Support training and development initiatives for employee growth.
- Collaborate to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Manage employee relations and provide HR guidance.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and Saudi Labor Law.
- Experience in performance management and KPI tracking.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
