Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining employee records.
  • Supporting recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and reviewing resumes.
  • Preparing HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Managing onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Tracking attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinating training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Responding to employee inquiries and requests.
  • Maintaining HR systems and updating employee data.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with HR policies.

Requirements:
