• In Sales: Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions, and working towards achieving monthly sales targets.

• In Operations: Tracking orders, coordinating with different departments to ensure quality, and accurately updating data.

💡 Basic Requirements:

1. Communication Skills: High ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively.

2. Multitasking: The ability to prioritize between closing a deal, responding to an inquiry, and coordinating a request.

3. Problem Solving: A "can-do" mentality and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling CRM systems and Office software.

5. Experience: Previous experience (1-3 years) in any of the mentioned fields is a plus.
