Your Role:
As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team of salesmen to achieve company growth objectives. This includes:

• Optimizing sales strategies in your designated area.
• Adhering to company operational policies and maintaining merchandising standards.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A College Diploma.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• A valid driving license.
