At Coty, we are passionate about beauty and the power of our brands. We are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the charge in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for boosting sales performance in Retail and Duty Paid stores, guiding a team of dedicated Beauty Advisors, and ensuring that targets are not only met but surpassed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance and execute strategies to meet market share targets.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned stores, ensuring optimal inventory management and visibility.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors, fostering their growth and maximizing their performance.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and staff to build strong business relationships.
  • Report on field activities and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and have 12 years of experience in field sales or key account supervision, specifically within the Beauty industry. A strong understanding of the retail landscape in Saudi Arabia and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Commercially savvy with a solid financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proactive, agile, and adept at problem-solving.
  • A strong team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
