Support from the manager or administration: This role requires assistance from the manager or administration by writing documents, managing phone calls and visitors, and managing the agenda.
Required skills:- Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs and preparing official correspondence.
- High organizational skills in managing appointments and daily follow-ups.
Main duties and tasks:- Taking notes in shorthand.
- Copying correspondence, reports, and minutes of meetings and reviewing them.
- Receiving phone calls from employees and clients and directing them.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinating participant schedules for meetings and securing the meeting room.
- Creating systems for file and record storage.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Educational English, Business Administration, or Executive Secretarial Studies is preferred.
Required experience: Two years of experience.
