About the Driving Instructor Role

This role is integral to ensuring accident-free defensive driving practices among all users of company vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) through effective staff selection, induction, assessment, training, and ongoing development.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accident-free defensive driving by all users of company vehicles and MHE.
- Conduct successful staff selection processes for drivers and MHE operators.
- Oversee the induction of all new drivers and MHE operators, ensuring effective completion prior to authorization for driving company vehicles.
- Conduct trade tests for new employees as part of the selection process.
- Provide MHE Training Programs directly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Driving & MHE Instructor.
- Must be a Certified Driving & MHE Instructor.
