Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job Objective:
 Renting units and attracting new owners, increasing revenue and occupancy rates by building effective relationships with clients, and using sales and negotiation skills to successfully close deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Selling and renting real estate units (residential and commercial) and achieving the set sales targets.
• Following up with potential clients and converting them into actual deals through continuous communication and effective persuasion.
• Conducting field visits and showcasing properties professionally to complete leasing transactions.
• Attracting new owners and negotiating with them to sign property management contracts with the company.
• Building and managing long-term relationships with clients, tenants, and owners to enhance repeat sales opportunities.
• Coordinating with the operations and maintenance department to ensure the units are ready for rent.
• Using customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track sales operations and update data.
• Familiarity with leasing systems, real estate registries, and the electronic leasing system.
• Finalizing and documenting contracts through the leasing platform.

Required Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
• Good knowledge of the real estate and leasing market in the area.
• High skills in sales, persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems and sales reports.
• Knowledge of the leasing system and contract documentation.
