The role of a nutrition technician in the Medical and Scientific Equipment Company
A nutrition technician is responsible for studying the quantity and type of foods and beverages suitable for patients and healthy individuals, and participating in preparing the nutrition plan. The following tasks will be undertaken:
- Conducting the necessary nutritional analysis for patients and healthy individuals and determining nutritional needs.
- Supervising the preparation of food materials and ensuring their compliance with approved specifications.
- Preparing and presenting work reports and documenting them.
- Supervising the quality of food materials and monitoring the meal preparation process.
Requirements and Benefits: - The applicant must have a two-and-a-half-year diploma after high school in nutrition and food sciences or food safety.
- Three years of practical experience in the same field.
- Required skills include: catering services, food inspection, supervision, and meal preparation.
- The required languages are Arabic and English at an advanced level.
