Overview: We are seeking a dynamic
Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team at Dawmt. Your role will be pivotal in developing effective sales strategies and fostering strong relationships with our clients to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Manage the sales team and guide them in achieving set objectives.
- Create and implement monthly and annual sales plans.
- Identify and target new clients in various sectors across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
- Present the features of Dawmt's system and HR management solutions through engaging presentations.
- Follow up with potential clients from introduction to deal closure.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide periodic reports to management.
- Train team members in effective sales strategies and system features.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 35 years of sales experience, preferably in HR systems or SaaS solutions.
- Previous experience in managing or supervising a sales team.
- Excellent presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the HR management systems market in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.
