Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Create lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking hotel accommodations.
- Engage with customers through calls and meetings to discover their needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals highlighting the hotel’s best features.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email.
- Provide customers with a list of available services and pricing.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate services for their needs.
- Oversee hotel bookings to ensure availability.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure an excellent client experience.
- Monitor and uphold the quality of customer service.
- Conduct price negotiations for favorable outcomes.
- Process requests for custom services.
- Coordinate event details such as catering and lodging.
- Resolve misunderstandings to maintain a harmonious hotel environment.
