A shipping coordinator with experience in SAP is required to pull/load new orders and issue Ship Notices daily accurately. The ASN number appears within the Ship Notice, and the Packing List is printed/extracted after issuing the Ship Notice. Tasks: - Load new orders from SAP according to priority. - Issue a Ship Notice for each order. - Document/extract ASN from the Ship Notice. - Print/extract the Packing List after issuance. - Deliver a "Daily Packet" to the team: (PO/SAP Reference + Ship Notice/its number + ASN + Packing List). - Document orders that could not be issued with a clear reason. Requirements: - Practical experience in SAP for the shipping path (Ship Notice). - High accuracy in references and numbers (PO/SAP Ref/ASN). - Organization and commitment to deadlines.
