Job Description:
Perform reception tasks and organize visitor entry, answer phone calls and emails, coordinate appointments, and register reviewer data, ensuring a professional image of the establishment according to approved policies.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Receive visitors and clients and direct them to the relevant departments.
• Answer phone calls and emails and transfer them according to specialization.
• Organize appointments and update visitor records.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments.
• Maintain the organization and arrangement of the reception area.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Diploma certificate as a minimum.
• At least 5 years of experience in the reception field for hotel apartments.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (a basic requirement related to the nature of the work).
• Practical experience in using electronic booking platforms for hotel apartments.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Professional communication skills and ability to interact with the public.
• Commitment and discipline in performing the work.
