Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement and optimize marketing campaigns across channels.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics such as conversion rates and social engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends in the aesthetic/plastic surgery market.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce effective marketing assets.
- Manage social media calendar and community engagement activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Coordinate with external vendors for events and promotional activities.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare actionable insights for future initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or aesthetic sectors.
- Familiarity with Saudi social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
