Key Responsibilities:- Review and approve legal memorandums and pleadings submitted to Sharia courts, judicial committees, and quasi-judicial committees.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings before relevant judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Audit and oversee internal investigations related to employee matters before they are conducted.
- Provide legal consultation and review for all company departments.
- Monitor and follow up on legal cases, ensuring timely resolution and mitigating potential risks.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on legal cases, department activities, and key accomplishments to management.
- Handle any additional legal assignments as directed by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications:- Experience: +2 years in the legal field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Strong expertise in corporate law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
