Position Overview:We are seeking a Marketing Manager who turns plans into progress: someone who brings structure, momentum, and clarity to fast-moving teams while contributing to a collaborative and ambitious working environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Execution: Owning day-to-day marketing delivery across multiple initiatives; managing timelines, priorities, and interdependencies with confidence; bringing structure and focus to a dynamic workload.
- Team Leadership: Managing and developing junior team members; providing support, guidance, feedback, and direction; building a supportive, high-performing team culture.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Translating ideas into clear briefs and actionable plans; coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners; ensuring communication remains clear, honest, and effective.
- Quality & Standards: Ensuring all outputs meet our brand, quality, and governance standards; identifying risks early, escalating when needed, and supporting informed decision-making; knowing when to push forward decisively, and when escalation is required.
Qualifications:- 5-9 years of marketing experience, including people management.
- Are known for being the person people trust to “handle it”.
- You are dependable, organised, and calm under pressure.
- You pay strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- You believe strong teams are built on trust, respect, and shared wins.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Experience in a corporate/institutional environment is highly desirable.
