Key Responsibilities:- Ownership of the marketing strategy—planning, implementation, and optimization for inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Deliver strategic KPIs by driving online traffic, leads, and conversions, with regular updates on campaign performance.
- Analyze digital behavior of visitors and exhibitors, utilizing tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Set new KPI targets and benchmark against best practices to elevate campaign performance.
- Collaborate with agencies on paid campaigns, along with developing organic growth strategies.
- Manage and report on campaign performance, ensuring optimal budget adherence.
Leadership:- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve agreed KPIs.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a strong grasp of digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua and Adobe.
