What You’ll Do:The Distribution Sales Manager – KSA & Bahrain is responsible for leading Eaton’s distribution strategy, managing key accounts, and driving business growth across the region.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy aligned with Eaton’s regional growth objectives.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Strengthen Eaton’s distribution network by identifying, onboarding, and developing strategic partners.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed country targets.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including e-commerce platforms and reward programs.
Qualifications:- BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 12+ years of electrical sales experience, preferably in Riyadh/KSA.
Skills:- Experience with LV power and control products.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent strategic planning.
