يدعم أخصائي دعم العمليات التشغيلية اليومية عبر إنجاز المهام فعليًا ضمن المجالات التالية: إكمال المهام، دعم التوظيف، المشتريات، تنسيق اللوجستيات، والدعم الإداري . هذا الدور يركز على التنفيذ والنتائج.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إكمال المهام والمتابعة: استلام المخرجات المطلوبة ودفعها حتى الاكتمال
- دعم التوظيف: نشر الإعلانات، دعم الفرز، جدولة المقابلات، وتحريك المرشحين بين المراحل
- دعم المشتريات: طلب عروض الأسعار، متابعة الطلبات حتى الاستلام
- تنسيق اللوجستيات: دعم تنسيق الاحتياجات التشغيلية اليومية والتعامل مع المورّدين عند الحاجة
- دعم إداري متنوع: تنسيق امور العاملين والمتابعات الإدارية العامة
