- Developing detailed construction activity programmes.
- Preparing manpower resource schedules for timely project completion.
- Coordinating procurement schedules for equipment and materials.
- Assisting the Project Manager with timely order placements.
- Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Creating work plans and short-term programmes as required by the contract.
- Monitoring site progress and reporting any issues to the Project Manager.
- Maintaining tracking logs for material and drawing submissions.
- Developing programmes for Test & Commissioning Systems.
- Participating in project progress review meetings.
