Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Manager with experience in shawarma restaurants to oversee daily production operations and ensure product quality and service speed. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen team and organizing work to ensure compliance with operational and health standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shawarma production operations and ensure consistency in quality and taste.
• Manage and organize the kitchen team and assign tasks.
• Monitor inventory and raw materials and coordinate the ordering of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Train new employees and develop team performance.
• Organize workflow during peak times to ensure service speed.
• Reduce waste and improve material usage efficiency.
• Coordinate with branch management to achieve operational goals.
