متابعة صلاحيات الإقامات و التراخيص المرتبطة بالعمالة و المنشأة .

متابعة المنصات الحكومية ورفع المتطلبات ( قوى ، مدد ، ابشر اعمال، بلدي ، ...).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • الإشراف على عمال الصيانة عبر مختلف الحرف (السباكة، الكهرباء، التكييف، الطلاء، النجارة، إلخ).
  • زيارة مواقع العملاء لتقييم احتياجات الصيانة وإعداد تقديرات دقيقة للوظائف.
  • تخطيط وتعيين المهام اليومية للفريق، مع ضمان الانتهاء في الوقت المحدد مع مراعاة معايير الجودة.
  • تحديد المواد المطلوبة، ومقارنة أسعار الموردين، وضمان إدارة المخزون بشكل صحيح.
  • التواصل مع العملاء قبل وأثناء وبعد أعمال الصيانة لضمان الرضا.
  • فحص الأعمال المنجزة للتحقق من الجودة والسلامة والامتثال.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات مفصلة عن أنشطة الصيانة والمواد المستخدمة وساعات العمل.
  • ضمان اتباع الفريق لجميع إجراءات السلامة والحفاظ على صورة احترافية.

المؤهلات:

  • شهادة دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في مجال الصيانة أو الكهرباء أو الميكانيكا.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الإشراف على صيانة المنازل أو الممتلكات.
  • معرفة قوية بأعمال الصيانة وأسعار المواد.
  • مهارات قيادية وتواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة.
  • القدرة على إدارة مواقع متعددة وقيادة فريق بشكل فعال.
  • رخصة قيادة صالحة مفضلة.

Job Purpose: The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair operations for facilities, supervising a team of technicians, and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of maintenance services. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair operations for facilities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Assign work orders and tasks to technicians, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Coordinate and schedule various maintenance activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their maintenance requirements and address any concerns or issues.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for maintenance services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards in all maintenance activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintenance service contracts, including negotiating agreements and monitoring performance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns and extend asset life.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory levels.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-focused approach.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Maintenance Manager or senior management on maintenance operations, performance, and key metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in maintenance technologies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance disciplines.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in English and computer programs.
  • Additional education or certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
