About the Role:
The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting Maison Pyramide’s administrative operations by managing daily office tasks and maintaining structured and efficient procedures. This role is crucial in enhancing office efficiency and contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily office tasks including managing correspondence.
  • Organize office files and records, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support office staff and other departments as required.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and maintain structured sheets for easy information retrieval.
  • Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation for executives and clients.
  • Assist with the visa application process ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Maintain company’s Nitaq compliance to maximize government support.
  • Lead other duties as requested by partners and managers.

Knowledge & Experience:
Recent graduates in Business Administration, Management, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
