Responsibilities:- Ensure that all food preparations align with our restaurant standards.
- Train and motivate kitchen staff to achieve excellent results consistently.
- Plan and prepare daily meals, adapting recipes according to customer requests.
- Monitor performance, providing feedback and mentoring to staff.
- Help with budgeting and cost analysis of meals.
- Create schedules to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts.
- Certification from the American Culinary Federation is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of baking and pastry techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organization, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
