Manager – IT Recruitment in Riyadh, KSA offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to lead the in-house talent acquisition strategy for a leading multinational company. This role is pivotal for enhancing the organization's capabilities in sourcing the best IT talent while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and government requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the recruitment process within the IT domain, ensuring a strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize a deep understanding of Saudi labor laws to navigate through hiring processes.
- Manage government portals effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate across departments to develop streamlined recruitment strategies that attract top-tier tech talent.
Qualifications:- 8–10 years of hands-on recruitment experience within IT companies (in-house experience is mandatory; agency/vendor/service-based profiles will not be considered).
- Proven knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing government portals.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English languages.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to build partnerships across departments and successfully deliver high-quality talent.
