انضم إلى فريقنا الديناميكي في فنادق سنترو من روتانا كموظف حجوزات! نحن نسعى حاليًا إلى محترفين في مجال الإيرادات يركزون على الضيوف ولديهم شغف بتقديم مستويات استثنائية من خدمة العملاء.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

معالجة وتأكيد حجوزات غرف الضيوف التي قام بها العملاء عبر الهاتف أو الخطاب أو الفاكس.
تسجيل جميع المعلومات ذات الصلة في نظامنا وإدارة الاستفسارات والشكاوى والطلبات المتعلقة بالحجوزات.
البقاء على اطلاع بالعروض الترويجية في وحول الفندق ومعالجة جميع حجوزات الغرف والأسعار والتأكيدات وما إلى ذلك وفقًا للإجراءات المعمول بها.
الحفاظ على نظام أرشفة منظم لجميع المراسلات وإعداد التقارير حسب متطلبات مدير الحجوزات أو المشرف.
تعزيز والحفاظ على علاقات عامة جيدة مع تعظيم الفرص التجارية.
ضمان دقة حالة الغرف في جميع الأوقات والرد على المكالمات الواردة حسب معايير روتانا.
تنظيم طلبات التأشيرات لضيوف الفندق وفقًا لسياسة الفندق وتحديد فرص البيع الإضافي.

المهارات والمؤهلات:

شهادة دبلوم / درجة في الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
تجربة سابقة في حجوزات الفنادق مطلوبة.
الكفاءة في مهارات الكمبيوتر مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية. تعد اللغات الإضافية ميزة.
شخصية تركز على العميل، استباقية مع نهج مهذب وديناميكي.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وبناء علاقات فعالة مع العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين.
